Friends of Science Society’s 19th Annual Climate Science Event will be a free, two-part, online presentation on the theme of “Net Zero + Green Grid = The Great Regret.” This year’s speaker on climate science is Australian geologist and Emeritus Professor Ian Plimer. Dr. Plimer is the author of many books, including his most recent offering entitled “Green Murder- A Life Sentence of Net Zero with No Parole.” His presentation is called “Climate change: The past is the key to the present. Dr. Plimer’s event will go live on May 2, 2022, at 6pm MDT. There will be a live Q&A session after the presentation, hosted by Michelle Stirling, Friends of Science Society’s Communications Manager.
