One crucial take from the video is that the US PREP Act, Public Readiness & Emergency Preparedness Act, gives Big Pharma & vaccine producers like Gates, WHO, Fauci, Rupert Murdoch & Big Pharma, absolute carte blanche to do whatever is necessary, with NO LIABILITY, to counteract whatever the perceived threat is. There is also unlimited funding available for vaccine preparation & proof of safety or effectiveness is not required. This has HUGE implications.
