How the World is going to Hell in a Corona Hand-Basket
and why I’d rather be wrong than lose my friends, family and freedom

A metaphorical voodoo spell of epic proportions has been cast over Earth.
At present, ‘our world’ has gone crazy, näively following the unhinged edicts of governments amid an alleged super-killer respiratory ‘viral outbreak’ that was claimed to pose a calamitous threat to sentient humans.
Simultaneously, humanity has been gaslighted to think that a person is a ‘conspiracy theorist’ if such a mortal dares to hold a politically dissenting view. Especially, if such a mortal supplies counter-factuals to show that ‘the pandemic’ is an engineered crisis inflicted by a transnational deep state network of Corona Bandits to reset the structural forces of the planet onto a desired trajectory.
The sudden pivot across the globe to a totalitarian bio-security operating system belies a geopolitical agenda that originated from a pay-grade well above the level of the presidents, prime ministers, premiers, governors and mayors.
Yet, relatively few people — including many psychiatrists, psychologists and pundits— comprehend how sophisticated conspiracies plotted by élite criminal syndicates actually work.
For the last 22 months, it has been clear to me, and a growing number of friends, that a reset of structural forces we anticipated had been triggered when the U.N.’s World Health Organization declared Covid-19 a global pandemic.
In the preceding years, most of us didn’t know what type of reset it would be. A couple of friends picked bio-terrorism.
We reasoned that a cover-story would be packaged to deflect attention from the deployment of a new global monetary system.
Let me sketch the anatomy of resets as revolutionary mechanisms to re-assert control over structural forces, including technological innovations— because without such periodic resets, the global élites would lose command over their systems of hierarchical power.
I learned about the concept of resets from reading the writings of Professor Peter Dale Scott of the University of California, who popularized the term ‘deep state’ long before Donald Trump hijacked the ‘deep state’ descriptor to cast it as merely Democratic Party-run phenomenon.
In his 2015 book, The American Deep State: Wall Street, Big Oil and the Attack on U.S. Democracy, Professor Scott, described ‘deep state’ as a private parallel government that can be observed on the surface, in the background and amid the subsequent cover-ups of deep events from the JFK Coup D’état to the 9/11 Coup D’état. Therefore, an observation made some years ago by Professor Scott is now profoundly relevant. Scott observed that every decade there is a ‘deep event’ that resets the political trajectory of the United States, and as such, resets are perpetrated by the deep state network.
Resets require a trigger event to set off the engineered crisis, and are followed by the consolidation stage. The trigger event can take the form of a coup d’état, which can occur by assassination, a spectacular terrorist attack or a war.
The engineered crisis is exploited to justify new encroaching measures that accumulate wealth, power and control that would not otherwise be possible, under the modus operandi of speed, suddenness and scope to overwhelm traumatized populations as Canadian journalist, Naomi Klein identified in her 2007 book, The Shock Doctrine. The consolidation stage is the violent part that we recognize as a revolution, where some segment of a society is scape-goated as a common enemy and targeted for a cull, while the new system of social control is swiftly implemented amid the manufactured fear, chaos, and despair.
A revolution is a revolving of society — after a slow incubation stage — orchestrated by a secret group to rapidly transform a society’s system or pattern with coercive force or social pressure, as Nicholas Hagger showed in his epic study, The Secret History of the West, that modelled for the patterns of revolutions, how secret societies plotted them and reasons for the subterfuge.
At the end of February 2020, I sensed the world had been thrown into the consolidation stage of a revolution that had been incubating for some years.
In early June of 2020, the neo-feudalist Royal Family of the Fourth British Empire and the techno-feudalist billionaire-funded World Economic Forum barely contained their boasting about Covid-19 opening up an opportunity for a ‘Great Reset’ to accelerate a Fourth Industrial Revolution. Criticism about the lockdowns being inflicted as a form of economic warfare and the pandemic being planned, were derided as conspiracy theory by the BBC, whose chairman is appointed by the monarch, Queen Elizabeth II.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is the fusion of computing chip technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology, 3-D printing, and telecommunications — with brain research and biological life and aims to alter biological functionality of all life-forms to fit the new ‘economic model’. Proponents of the Fourth Industrial Revolution seek the eventual fusion of humans with machine as an enslaved workforce, data-mined, mind-controlled and shelled-out to perform tasks in vast hi-tech mega-cities ruled by the system of technocracy, or a scientific dictatorship on behalf of unseen super-rich oligarchs.
From the perspective of the super-rich, the public and private sectors are viewed as two divisions of capitalism, and democracy as its administrative system, as Jonathan Nitzan and Shimson Bichler found in their 2009 study, Capital as Power. Representative democracy, or limited democracy, based on the Westminster parliamentary system was spread around the world as a strategy to protect the extremely wealthy from the riskiness of “pure” or participatory democracy.
Typically, an “oligarchic-mass settlement” was ‘necessary’ to form a democracy, the purpose of which is to manage issues that are of little importance to the oligarchs. Broadly, the condition for allowing representative or limited democracy is that the democratic society does not bother the oligarchy, as Jeffrey Winters stated in his seminal 2011 book, Oligarchy.
In civil oligarchies, where the state apparatus defends the wealth of an oligarchy by upholding property rights as a trade-off for disarming and abiding by its laws, it is not necessary for democratic processes to work. Together, oligarchs as super-rich coalitions steer the trajectories of whole societies by harnessing their enormous wealth to maximize their ‘accumulation of power’ since capitalism is primarily a power system that uses economics as a means of social control.
Presently, democracy is being dismantled and displaced by technocrats, who are stealthily implementing technocracy.
In his 2020 book, Covid-19: The Great Reset, the founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Klaus Schwab, inadvertently sounds like a wannabe charisma-less totalitarian when he stipulates that returning to “business as usual … won’t happen because it can’t happen.” To advance his circular argument, Schwab admitted no counter-factuals about the machinations of the global élites, who periodically inflict such resets. Schwab wrote:
❝If no one power cannot enforce order, our world will suffer from a ‘global order deficit’. Unless individual nations and international organizations succeed in finding solutions to better collaborate at the global level, we risk entering an age of entropy” in which retrenchment, fragmentation, anger and parochialism will increasingly define our global landscape, making it less intelligible and more disorderly.❞
The technological super-structure needed to make the development of a Techno-Feudalists’ utopia ‘sustainable’, is actually being fast-tracked amid the ‘Great Corona Reset’, as The New Normal documentary by The HappenNetwork made clear.
The World Economic Forum has been placed front and centre to promote this so-called ‘Great Reset’ under the auspices of the ‘Covid-19 Transformation’, which has been inserted as the cause célèbre into a platform for implementing a super-structure for global governance, that was actually launched in 2017. When the Corona Pandemic magically manifested, this global governance platform was given a Great Reset makeover.
Meanwhile, the track record of John Hopkins Centre for Health Security for scripting, casting, and hosting pandemic exercises reveals a pattern of ties to the American Deep State, conflicts of interest and intrigue, as Whitney Webb reported for The Last American Vagabond in a series titled, All Roads Lead to Dark Winter.
Furthermore, US health officials and the drug’s manufacturer, Gilead Pharmaceuticals, knew that Remdesivir caused multiple organ failure, including impairing kidney function, before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s emergency use authorization of May 1 2020 — as I proved in part 1 of my investigative series, Pharmageddon — How masked bandits in the US FDA, NIH & CDC used Gilead’s Remdesivir to democide ‘Covid-19 patients’ across America.
As with the use of the drug combination of Midazolam and Morphine in the United Kingdom, Remdesivir was used to mass murder the elderly and the other vulnerable people as part of a program to boost the United State’s Covid death statistics.
Moreover, striking peaks in deaths occurred in places where central, state or county governments had imposed draconian ‘pandemic’ measures immediately after the World Health Organization’s pandemic declaration of March 11 2020, as Dr Denis Rancourt discovered. The former professor of physics at the University of Ottawa, interrogated All Cause Mortality data, which measures the total number of deaths by place, time and demographic, across numerous jurisdictions.
In his paper “All-cause mortality during COVID-19: No plague and a likely signature of mass homicide by government response” published in June 2020, Dr Rancourt interrogated the All Cause Mortality data across multiple jurisdictions of Europe and North America. Dr Rancourt showed that the lockdowns triggered by WHO’s pandemic declaration of March 11 2020 resulted in clear death spikes in April and May of 2020. Strikingly, Dr Rancourt also found that there was no “COVID peak” in any of the seven states that declined to impose a lockdown: Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and Arkansas.
Across numerous jurisdictions of the U.N. member state system, the disproportionate lockdown measures included the shutting down of hospital services for all but those in critical care, the curtailment of clinic visits and the widespread shutdown of economic activity.
As Rancourt et al showed in a comprehensive study, published in October 2021, that focussed on the United States, such measures continue to impact society’s most vulnerable amidst a global program of democide. The authors of the study entitled, “Nature of the COVID Era Public Health Disaster in the USA: From All-cause Mortality and Socio-geo-economic and Climatic Data”, concluded there was no pandemic and blamed “large-scale medical and government responses” for causing one million excess deaths in most vulnerable and underprivileged residents of the USA in the COVID‑era.
In a recent interview with the author of a new book, Pseudopandemic: New Normal Technocracy, Iain Davis told journalist James Corbett, that a totalitarian technocratic architecture has been built over the past two decades to consolidate power amid an engineered bio-terrorist crisis deployed with the cover-story of a planetary threatening pandemic.
Earlier, on the 19th anniversary of 9/11, Corbett’s report entitled — COVID-911: From Homeland Security to Biosecurity — deftly shows how the security apparatus justified by the 9/11 Coup D’état has now been upgraded to a bio-security apparatus justified by the Covid Coup D’état. These bio-security mechanisms were set in place with a series of bio-terrorism scares, outbreaks and much media hype starting with the anthrax scare in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 Coup D’état.
In an interview with Corbett, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said this pattern of over-hyped or fabricated pandemic scares has become a core strategy of Dr Anthony Fauci, who he describes as “the J. Edgar Hoover of public health” for his dominating, conniving and deceiving role as Director of the U.S. National Institutes of Infectious Diseases.
Kennedy — who was being interviewed about his book, The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health — said Fauci’s playbook is to over-hype or fabricate pandemics in order to accelerate implementation of militarized response measures, boost Big Pharma profits and set a system of totalitarian control.
Meanwhile, the Gates Foundation orbited for two decades at the centre of a Global Health Syndicate consisting of Big Pharma, billionaire-funded foundations, centres for public health, regulatory institutions and non-profits advocacy groups. As a highly functional psychopathic predatory philanthropist, Bill Gates, is one of the front-men leading corporate takeover of public health.
Gallingly, predatory philanthropist Bill Gates bragged at the billionaire-funded World Economic Forum in January 2020, that his tax-exempt foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, had made a return of $200 billion on a $10 billion investment in Global Health.
Meanwhile, an architecture of asymmetric pandemic preparedness was sponsored by a Global Health Syndicate that included the World Economic Forum, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust and many other billionaire funded foundations, as well as corporations, think-tanks, universities and governments playing their parts.
It would appear that the planning for this epic reset to re-assert dominance over the world was workshopped as the ‘pandemic exercises’. The track record of John Hopkins’ Centre for Health Security for scripting, casting, and hosting pandemic exercises reveals a pattern of ties to the American Deep State, conflicts of interest and intrigue.
For instance, when Johns Hopkins University’s Centre for Health Security hosted the first U.S. biological weapons viral outbreak exercise called ‘Dark Winter’, in June 2001, aspects of its fictional scenarios were used as propaganda by its participants to justify inflicting the 9/11 Wars – as The Last American Vagabond reported in All Roads Lead to Dark Winter.
One such Dark Winter participant was James Woolsey who was a former CIA Director from 1993 to 1995. In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, military-grade anthrax outbreaks were inflicted upon Florida and New York. Woolsey flew to London to “firm up” the ‘evidence’ that Iraq was involved in 9/11, as The Guardian newspaper reported in “Iraq ‘behind anthrax outbreaks’ ” on 14 October 2001.
Indeed, ‘Dark Winter’ included sub-script scenario that imagined Saddam Hussein’s Iraq threatening to release a weaponized anthrax virus and speculated Iraq was involved in providing technology for the biological attacks to terrorist groups based in Afghanistan. In other words, Woolsey, who played the Director of Central Intelligence, mimicked his real life stint as CIA Director and, in effect, took the anthrax narrative beyond the confines of simulation and made it a ‘live exercise’.
Robert Kadlec – who co-authored the script with Thomas Inglesby and Tara O’Toole of John Hopkins Centre for Health Security – got to speak the line that leant the exercise its bleak name. In a mock news report, ‘Biodefense Expert’ Kadlec stated that the lack of smallpox vaccines for the U.S. populace meant that “it could be a very dark winter for America” – as citizen journalist James Corbett’s report, COVID-911: From Homeland Security to Biosecurity, deftly shows.
In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, military-grade anthrax outbreaks were inflicted upon Florida and New York. Kadlec led the Department of Health and Human Services response and contributed to the FBI’s investigation of the anthrax attacks. Kadlec, who had been a physician with the U.S. Air Force, also helped draft the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act 2006, which among other things, created the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, an office that Trump appointed Kadlec to lead in 2017.
Kadlec was also on hand to lead the Trump Administration’s 2019 Crimson Contagion exercise, which involved the Department of Homeland Security, the National Security Council, and the Pentagon. Like Dark Winter, Crimson Contagion simulated an outbreak scenario months before it played out in the Make Real World. Uncannily, Crimson Contagion envisaged a pandemic influenza outbreak in the U.S. that originated in China and spread rapidly around the globe.
These turns of events are consistent with the machinations underpinning structural ‘deep events’ spanning the JFK Assassination, Watergate, the October Surprise, the Iran-Contra Scandal, the BCCI Bank Collapse, the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the 9/11 Coup D’état — that were studied by Professor Peter Dale Scott.
In early May 2020 — and one month prior to the publication of Schwab’s Covid-19: The Great Reset — Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben offered a squint at the “symptoms and signs of a broader experiment”. Amid the unfolding narrative in health security, Agamben observed that health terror was being used as a mechanism for governing by “worst case scenarios”, in his brief critique of the so-called Corona Pandemic measures, “Biosecurity and Politics”.
Agamben saw the implications of the unfolding biosecurity paradigm as so far-sweeping that this new operating system “will exceed that of all forms of government known thus far in the political history of the West”.
Therefore, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is a sanitized name for a Techno-Feudalist World Order, to be ultimately governed by scientists, engineers and technicians on behalf of unseen super-rich Techno-Feudalist Oligarchs through networked technocratic mega-cities of three emergent ‘rival’ mega-empires on a grand chessboard.
➼ The Great Political Heist of Human Civilizations
In early 2020, I could also see that the world’s three major powers — America, China and Russia — were re-forging their empires in a great game of 3D geo-political chess. From the perspective of the global élites, the pivot to hi-tech would have the effect of levelling the playing field for their totalitarian aspirations, since the relative freedoms of association, movement and expression afforded to the liberal democracies across Western Civilization pose a looming threat to the ruling super-rich syndicates.
When the World Economic Forum élites emotionally hijacked audiences by claiming that the Covid-19 pandemic had laid bear how unfair and unsustainable the present world system is, I viewed the billionaire-funded foundation’s gaslighting rhetoric as more data with which to construct a meta-narrative that would reveal key perpetrators over-arching meta-objectives.
By then, inflicted on humanity from a level well above the 2D chess board of nation state jurisdictions supposedly run by political leaders — whose puppet strings become more visible by the day. The objective of 3D geo-political chess is to win control over entire game board, by orchestrating the conflicts on the 2D chess board that are designed to distract, divide and defeat humanity.
In his seminal 1961 book, The Evolution of Civilization – An Introduction to Historical Analysis, historian Carroll Quigley’s civilization model showed every civilization needs an instrument of expansion. In the classical age, the primary instrument of expansion was slaves. The medieval knight became the surplus-creating instrument of expansion in Europe’s system of feudalism, which was an organizing pattern of agricultural units known as manors that were worked by the peasant class or serfs to provide food for the knights, their horses and the rest of the upper class hierarchy of landlords, the monarch and the pope. Feudalism became an institutional system when it was created around 970 A.D. and this lasted until 1270 A.D. During the last 500 years of Colonial Empire building, the credit revolution rose as the primary instrument of expansion to usurp feudalism serf-slavery and fund wage-labour and the rise of the machines as instruments of expansion.
Critically, the phenomenon of historical change in civilization is determined by what happens to the instrument of expansion. In our time, the computing chip is the key instrument of expansion to forge the Techno-Feudalist World Order and is poised to ‘collect’ all other instruments of expansion.
It is therefore crucial to comprehend that what has taken place over the past two years is a global heist of power, an epic transference of wealth, and a horrendous concentration of control.
Because there was a pre-planned military-grade psychological warfare operation deployed to construct a hegemonic block that would bias the official Corona narrative — it shaped public discourses, institutional responses and a professional malaise throughout the United Nations member countries.
As political scientist E.E. Schattschneider stated in his 1961 book, The Semi-sovereign People, “the definition of alternatives is the supreme instrument of power”.
In other words, the Techno-Feudalist Global Élite orchestrated a re-set of the trajectory of structural forces, including technological innovations, to re-assert control over the development of the computing chip as the key instrument of expansion to forge the Techno-Feudalist World Order. Since the chip is poised to ‘collect’ all other instruments of expansion, and since “the definition of alternatives is the supreme instrument of power”, controlling the Corona narrative arc was integral to the planning of Global Corona Coup D’état.
This is why the brutal shut-downs of states took on a warped logic belying a planet under siege by mysterious forces skilled in casting spells.
And this is why I say “the world is going to hell in a hand-basket”.
As dissident journalist James Corbett revealed in his 2020 documentary — Who is Bill Gates? — the background of the Covid Bandit, Bill Gates, his family and their ties to the Eugenics Movement shows that the Western Empire Syndicate has a stealthy agenda to control the world’s population with a two pronged approach.
One prong of this eugenicist vision is limiting general population growth through vaccines and other pharmaceuticals and, chemical compounds in foods and nanotechnology with stealthy sterility functions — as their track record indicates.
In 2009, Bill Gates took part in a 2009 “Secret Billionaires’ Club” meeting with Warren Buffet, David Rockefeller Sr, Michael Bloomberg, Ted Turner, and Oprah Winfrey. The objective was “to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population.” This may sound benign, until you realise that super-rich oligarchs never fund projects to investigate their crimes of power to accumulate such wealth. Because oligarchs cannot exist with immense disparities in wealth, their philanthropy— which is used to steer the politics of whole societies in their favour — is predatory.
The second prong of population control is about maintaining social control on a permanent basis through investment in a technological super-structure of global governance, SMART-Grid infrastructure and mega-cities. These projects, which are hardly on the public’s radar as looming threats to the liberty of open and free societies, are marketed to appear to be apolitical because the ‘sustainable development’ rhetoric seems to have buy-in from all walks of life, age groups and political segments.
The roll-out of a Techno-Feudal system with chipped immunity passports, mass biometric data collection and the deployment of 5G telecommunications technologies are crucial infrastructure to trace, track and ticket everyone on the planet.
Since the ‘Great Corona Reset’ appears to have been driven by an imperial Western Empire Syndicate in conjunction with factional oligarchic coalitions across the world, historian Carroll Quigley’s model for studying civilizations is crucial for comprehending rivalries, dynamics and mechanisms for forging, sustaining or collapsing and re-invigorating a civilization.
In his 1961 book, The Evolution of Civilization – An Introduction to Historical Analysis, Quigley stated, civilizations only become empires when they turn aggressively expansionist and engage in imperial wars.
Quigley — who moved in the circles of the Anglo-American Establishment primarily responsible for engineering two global wars — theorized that every civilization has a supreme ruling group to control the fighting factions, while ensuring that the masses do not gain enough surplus to forge their own independence. At such times, institutions that manage the surplus of a civilization become vested interest institutions accumulating the wealth of the surplus production, and stymie reform, promote irrationalism, oppress scapegoated groups and pursue imperialist wars as empires.
What makes Western Civilization unique, stated historian Carroll Quigley, is that it has transitioned from “Stage 3: Expansion” to ”Stage 4: Age of Conflict” three times. ‘The West’ has been remarkably resilient at staving off its total collapse by invading the territories of other Empires. In doing so, the West’s oligarchies, or coalitions of the super-rich, have been very successful at harnessing an Age of Conflict as a means to enter a new Age of Expansion by periodically moving the centre of operations from the Empire’s core to a peripheral state.
The repetition of the expansion and conflict stages results from an apparently unique Western belief, claims Quigley, that truth is constantly unfolding. As a part of its culture, Western Civilization has the dexterity to re-examine its trajectory and its institutions and will change both as it suits the élites.
These three Ages of Conflict are the Hundred Years’ War (1300-1430), the Second Hundred Years’ War (1650-1815) and the Third Hundred Years’ War (1899-Present). The first Hundred Years’ War was ostensibly fought over the Kingdom of France, and marked the decline of feudalism, the rise of nationalism and the commercial revolution which was enabled by the credit revolution innovated by the Knights Templars. The core of Western Civilization was conquered by an imperialist state: by Henry V’s England around 1420 resulting in chivalry being circumvented with commercial capitalism. In the Second Hundred Years’ War, France under Napoleon conquered the core area in 1810 establishing mercantilism that was later circumvented with industrial capitalism. During the Third Hundred Years’ War, Hitler’s Anglo-Swiss-American-backed Nazi Germany conquered the core area of Western Civilization and held it until 1945, and monopoly capitalism was supplanted with finance capitalism that was later circumvented by techno-feudalist globalism.
Although Quigley’s book was published in 1961, it is evident from The Atlas of War and Peace (2003); Chomsky’s Hegemony or Survival – America’s Quest for Global Dominance (2004); and Petras and Veltmeyer’s Empire with Imperialism (2005) and Eugene Jarecki’s Why We Fight (2005) — as well as the present tensions between the Western Empire, the Russian Empire and the Chines Empire — that the current Age of Conflict is still in progress.
The Techno-Feudalist trajectory that humanity is presently travelling upon appears to be very much a consequence of the accumulation of power that has resulted from the ongoing Third Hundred Years’ War. It is my contention that this epic global war now seeks to destroy household autonomy, wreck free enterprise and construct a totalitarian universal empire through domination of the Chip Revolution, which began in 1959.
Under the rubric of a Fourth Industrial Revolution, the development of computing technologies are drawing all processes, transactions and relationships into digitally-mediated protocols.
The Global Health Syndicate’s target market for uptake of its bio-security operating system is ‘Western Civilization’, or the liberal democracies of the world, and their prize is America. The perceived need to overhaul the U.S. economy with a hi-tech operating matrix in the near-future, to avoid America losing its hi-tech edge to China, was presented in May 2019, at the US National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, chaired by Eric Schmidt.
This plan was outlined in a presentation titled, “Chinese Tech Landscape Overview”, to overhaul the U.S. economy onto a hi-tech trajectory, would see people living in denser environments and travelling in organized transport, in order to better compete with China, which has a faster and larger adoption rate for hi-tech products — as Whitney Webb’ showed in her article –“Techno-Tyranny: How The US National Security State Is Using Coronavirus To Fulfill An Orwellian Vision”.
At least 10 emergent mega-regions are earmarked to be forged in the United States, which would be governed by mega-cities, and would be built out by the dystopian year of 2050, as envisaged in 2006 by a project called “America 2050”.
The “America 2050” project — that was originally sponsored by the foundations of two of America’s leading dynastic families, the Rockefellers and the Fords — has been incorporated into the U.S. Federal Highways Administration’s plans, which feature these 10 mega-regions.
This plan will destroy the concept of the nation state, by devolving control into mega-city states governing mega-regions, thereby breaking county, city and state borders, as the author of Behind the Green Mask: U.N. Agenda 21, Rosa Koire explained to dissident journalist, Spiros Skouras in mid-June 2020. Koire stated that the United Nations’ blueprint called Agenda 21, is an action plan for the 21st Century to inventory and control all lands, minerals, plants, animals, water, food, energy, production, humans, money, and data.
Koire went onto explain, that the year 2050 is one of global élites’ milestone years within the 100 year plan of Agenda 21. By 2050, they expect to have their blueprint completed and locked in place. With this plan implemented, the global élite plan to destroy representative government, wreck free enterprise and independent households, and control populations with unreachable technocratic governance systems.
Such emergent super-states will be characterized by a displacement of democratic administrative systems with technocracy, which is a totalitarian form of government managed by technicians, engineers and scientists brainwashed to believe they are building unbiased governance infrastructure, as the author of Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation, Patrick Wood described to Skouras. When, in fact, technocracy transforms imperfect mechanisms for social control into turn-key totalitarianism for the benefit of unseen, super-rich oligarchies.
Reading the runes, to achieve this brazen plan, the prize — the United States and the rest of Western Civilization — has to be destabilized. The idea of hi-tech mega-cities sprawling across USA America implies a demise of the mangled Remnant 1st Republic – despite the rhetoric that the United States Constitution would remain intact.
Therefore, this dystopian Techno-Feudal future envisages a hi-tech overhaul of the U.S. economy under the rubric of a bio-security operating matrix with 10 mega-regions and mega-cities, and with Western Civilization transformed to be more like totalitarian China.
Ironically, the chip revolution affords a totalitarian form of government managed by technicians, engineers and scientists brainwashed to believe they are building an unbiased, equality-enhancing governance infrastructure. When, in fact, technocracy transforms imperfect mechanisms for social control into a formidable scientific dictatorship for the benefit of unseen, super-rich oligarchies by fusing all previous instruments of expansion into the new imperial instrument of expansion: the computing chip.
By these geo-political chess moves to re-assert control over the structural forces of the planet, the global élites are planning eventual fusion of humans with machine as an enslaved workforce, data-mined, mind-controlled and shelled-out to perform tasks in vast hi-tech mega-cities ruled by technocracy, or a scientific dictatorship on behalf of unseen super-rich oligarchs.
Such structural forces include technological innovations, human cultural patterns, changes in demographics, and struggles, tensions and impacts of hierarchical control systems to restrict access to the world’s valued resources. Such resources — including land, dominant institutions and strategic technologies — underpin the structural forces that both bind civilizations and have the potential to free humanity.
If ruling élites lose control over the componentry that comprise the structural forces, then humanity gains autonomy or independence, while the rulers’ hierarchical systems become irrelevant.
The build-out of Smart-chipped mega-cities under the rubric of sustainable development, including the America 2050 Project, implies epic-scale plunder, mass dislocation and wars. The United Nations says that there is a $100 trillion financing gap to supposedly achieve the 2030 ‘sustainable development goals’ worldwide. The Rockefeller’s “America 2050” project envisaged trillions of dollars in investments would be needed for infrastructure, urban development and new energy systems — with environmental protection.
It turns out, sustainable development is a euphemism for investment in infrastructure, hi-tech systems, and governance structures to achieve permanent social control.
As Cory Morningstar has shown on her website, The Wrong Kind of Green, the legitimate concerns, aspirations and paradigms that inform how we could address the state of the planet, have for the most part, been steered in a direction that suits the global élite. In her series, The Manufacturing of Greta Thunberg, reported that a November 8 2018 article by The Climate Finance Partnership reported the World Bank had found that there was $100 trillion held by pension funds and other institutional investors. Evidently, this wealth needed to be “unlocked” for the purposes of transitioning to sustainable global green-marketed economy. But, as Cory Morningstar pointed out in her blog on 3 February 2019, this $100 trillion sustainable development investment capital is really to finance the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
At the beginning of the pandemic Blackrock became the money manager for the privately-owned US Federal Reserve Cartel, after having tabled a bailout public insurance plan called “Going Direct: How central banks could deal with the next downturn” at a summit of central bankers the previous fall at Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
MONOPOLY also shows that Vanguard and Blackrock owns the biggest stakes not only in Pfizer, but other Big Pharma companies such as AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson&Johnson, Bayer and Pfizer’s vaccine development partner, BioNTech.
US Financial advisor Catherine Austin Fitts frames the pandemic as a global financial coup. Under the guise of the coronavirus outbreak, an expansion of U.S. debt by $4 trillion has been used to bail-out the global banks, top-tier financial institutions, and U.S.-based transnational corporations. Without this Tax Slave-backed ‘Federal’ Monopoly Money, the huge transnational cartels that dominate every industry of the Western Empire would fall behind in the technological race with the Chinese and Russian empires.

Most of humanity has yet to grasp the fact that the vaccine passports are the entry point to fuse a social credit scoring system — like totalitarian China — with a carbon tax transactions system and a new digital global monetary system interfacing with mobile phones.
The behaviour modifications that have occurred so far — such as submitting to QR-code mass surveillance, swab testing, nationwide house arrest, social distancing, long queues for food, watching daily advisories and mass vaccinations — have presaged the objective to segregate society with a stealthy medical apartheid system.
The carbon credit system implies a global carbon tax transactions system, which if unchecked will fuse with global biosecurity system and global central bank digital currencies. This adoption of a global security system and its fusion with a global carbon credit and tax transactions system and also their integration with a global central bank digital currencies system – requires the adoption of a universal digital ID system.
Underpinning these moves is a social impact bond market that is currently under development.
In impact bond markets, humans are recast as pools of commoditized trackable data assets.
The social impact bond market is designed to harvest the digital data of humans that receive any kinds of public services, program assistance, or welfare payments. The impact bond market works by pooling the harvested digital data of humans into blockchains, which are digital ledgers. Blockchains are cryptographically managed coded data that are transformed into digital assets and liabilities and transactions using public and private keys.
The impact bond market creates blockchains from a human being’s digital data, and each digital ledger of a person’s life is pooled into social impact bonds for investment.
The intention behind transforming humanity into data commodities is not simply to make super-profits. The purpose is the predictive potential in narrowing human behaviours, aspirations and possibilities, as humanity is steered along a trajectory to a dystopian future, where lives become dependent on bio-engineered ‘updates’.
The social impact bond market is also about managing the impacts of poverty sustainably, while the super-rich techno-feudalist oligarchs impose their dystopian wills through economic, social, technical and political coercion. From the perspective of the super-rich oligarchs, the sustainable management of poverty is necessary to stave off widespread rebellion.
The idea behind social impact bonds is to incentivize conformist behaviours by steering humans as cattle to ‘earn’ just enough digital tokens to stay alive, gain access to services and by continually re-skilling to help build out the open air digital prison.
Failure to ‘earn’ the digital token or ‘carrot’, can be expected to result in a ‘stick’, such as exclusion from access to services.
Through marketized propaganda, people will be conned, cajoled and coerced into signing contracts to participate in public programs, receive services or welfare, without realizing the true impact of these techno-feudal investment schemes.
All aspects of the human experience, from cradle to grave, are currently being commoditized amid ‘the Great Reset’, or the planetary takeover in an epic chessboard game.
In other words, the dystopian vision of ‘the Great Reset’ is to set the planet on a path where techno-feudalist transnationals seek to transform the bio-functionality of all life, including humans, as the global policy shaping think-tank, the World Economic Forum, has bragged.
This horrendous technocratic array of ‘solutions’ are part of a broader dystopian vision to re-engineer all life on the planet.
The gambit is that critical masses of humans will remain divided by such think-tank generated narratives, distracted by shiny things, and defeated by our differences.
In these devious ways, the creation of the perception of an existential biological threat on a global scale has been sufficient to move humanity with the desired solutions and without the masses comprehending the blockchain utopia being forged in the background, as Alison Hawthorne McDowell has written about extensively on her website, Wrench in the Gears.
While the crucial project of identity re-codification occurs with subversive terminology such as herd immunity that likens humanity to livestock, a brazen re-engineering of Western Civilization occurs to extinguish liberal democracies, and replace their governance systems with technocracy.
For the reasons I have outlined, this is how the world is going to hell in a Corona Hand-Basket, and why I’d rather be wrong than lose my friends, family and freedom.
I would wish I was wrong— but, then that would be a waste of a wish.
